Please note that the process for either free packs or player duplication takes about 15-20 minutes.
Your EA email and password can be found in the menu's, under "online modes", "my fifa 12 online", "EA account settings", then you can update your password if you cant remember it, otherwise enter it in the fields below. (Make shure you have at-least a 4* team because there have been reports from people with less than 4* teams who have had players and coins missing when they log back in)
